ABSTRACT
Requiring respondents to read questions over and over in order to understand
what is being asked, constantly reorienting themselves to the scale, or making
it necessary for the respondents to gather information before they can
complete the questionnaire, will increase the possibility of inaccurate
responses, question responses left blank, or no response at all.
