ABSTRACT
With the ninth Friday Focus, we completed the first quarter of the school year. Many of us are surprised each year at how quickly this first significant chunk of the school year whizzes by. As we closed this first quarter, I chose to compose another of my own Friday Focus messages. I also chose to focus on an essential component of classroom instruction: questioning techniques, strategies, and practices.
