Effort-Based Ability

Not only did our teachers regularly communicate these three tenets of effort-based ability to their students, administrators also shared the same message with teachers. Just as teachers must believe in and give confidence to their students, principals must believe in their teachers. Again, their work is of the most profound importance. We had every confidence that they would succeed. Finally, we were committed to not giving up on them, even during those inevitable times when things appeared bleak.
