ABSTRACT
This final Friday Focus of the first half of our school year is simply a Holiday card from me to our staff. We had undergone a great deal of change in a short amount of time and responded wonderfully. It is important for school leaders to recognize the accomplishments of the entire staff and to remember not only the professional side of each teacher, but also the personal side.
