Level 4: The fourth level is about creating an “inviting classroom culture.”

The six qualities within this level are Mutual Goals, Charisma,

Teaches Beyond the Curriculum, Shows “Why,” Humor, and The-

atrics. Although classroom decorations contribute to the

atmosphere, an inviting classroom culture is more so dictated by

the skill of the teacher. While level 2 addresses the basic people

skills of the teacher, level 4 addresses “advanced” skills.
