ABSTRACT
Level 3 contains five specific teacher qualities that contribute to the day-to
day-business within the classroom. They are:

Success in the classroom is largely dependent upon the teacher’s ability
to manage the hundreds of little things that happen every day. Things like,
handing in homework, sharpening pencils, grading quizzes, returning
phone calls, and answering student questions. The efficient management
of these things will allow teachers to focus on the more important things.
