ABSTRACT
When students are asked to share ideas with partners or small groups, there are times when interpersonal dynamics make the group ineffective. Sometimes students don't know how to share, sometimes one student dominates a discussion, and sometimes the role of each student is unclear. This strategy offers students a clear method for exchanging ideas.
