ABSTRACT

It is a great day when a difficult teacher leaves a school. When even one negative staff member exits, the school dynamics can change completely. Faculty can finally have a new peer with whom they can be proud to work. The principal's burden has been greatly lightened. The support staff can once again be treated with the respect that they deserve, and often the respect for the principal from the central office can skyrocket. But most importantly, the students in that school can now have the quality teacher they deserve.
