ABSTRACT
The online Automotive Technology Academy has been created by the author, who has over 40 years of relevant automotive experience, and 20 published textbooks that are used by students and technicians worldwide. To access the free courses, that work in conjunction with the textbooks, one will need to enter an enrolment key. All one will need to do is enter the word in a box and he/she will have full unrestricted access to the course and its associated resources. A progress bar is used in the courses so one can see at a glance how they are getting on, if a person is working to cover all the content. More formal assessments will also be available for those who are not able to attend traditional training centres. It will be possible to obtain certification relating to theory and practical work. A charge will apply to this aspect but all other resources are free.
