Just because something is good does not make it easy. We all know about the benefi ts of being fi tter but in societies that are sated with rich foods, sedentary lifestyles and automated transport, a healthy diet and exercise take effort that many cannot muster. Some reach a level of obesity that threatens their own health and happiness. We all know that bad habits can stick and be hard to break.
