Conclusions: changing course
Just because something is good does not make it easy. We all know about the beneﬁ ts of being ﬁ tter but in societies that are sated with rich foods, sedentary lifestyles and automated transport, a healthy diet and exercise take effort that many cannot muster. Some reach a level of obesity that threatens their own health and happiness. We all know that bad habits can stick and be hard to break.
