ABSTRACT

Recent academic research and marketplace studies reveal that ‘doing the right thing’ generates positive impact towards the organisation – in terms of reputation-building, employee morale and stakeholder engagement.

We’ll consider how an organisation can build a strategic approach to getting CSR right by reviewing two simple models of CSR and look at examples from leading organisations in order to provide some inspiration for you and your business.
