ABSTRACT
As part of the research for this paper I examined the structural difference between straight and gay pornographic videos. I did a shot-by-shot comparison of two-person penetrative sex scenes from each type of video. The straight scene was from a recent, commercially produced straight porn film, Latex (Excalibur, 1995), and the gay scene was from The Last of the Boricuas (Latin Connection 1994), a gay porn film produced in New York City outside of the regular porn industry.
