Inter-Institutional Cooperation: The University of California/Stanford Electronic Government Information Initiatives Group
The University of California system consists of nine campuses. Stanford University is a major collections partner. The University of California system and Stanford have a rich history of participation in the Federal Depository Library Program. Eight of the nine UC campuses, and Stanford, are major depositories; and there are five law library depositories. Government information librarians on these campuses have been active at the federal and state level in professional organizations promoting government information and in the Federal Depository Library Council to the Public Printer.
