Assuring User Success in a Networked Environment for Government Information

What's all the fuss about? Thinking about what we collect in libraries, how we make those collections accessible to our readers, and how we keep collections available for future users is simply business as usual for most folks in our profession. And yet, when it comes to building collections with electronic products and networked information, we find our practices for building and managing print and microform collections just do not apply and we require some new ways of thinking.
