SUMMARY. This essay is a direct response by Bishop Hubbard, the Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany, New York, to the keynote by Fr. Donald B. Cozzens. In it he basically supports Fr. Cozzens comments and uses his experience in the Diocese of Albany to illustrate his concerns about response to sexual abuse by priests.
