ABSTRACT

Reviews of entrepreneurial research and Person-Organization conceptualization are interpreted with respect to entrepreneurship in libraries. Motivations are identified that affect the outcomes in the entrepreneurial process. Experiences of the entrepreneurs highlight the importance of compatibility between people and the organizations in which they work.
