ABSTRACT
Inevitably we will encounter a comment from a sufferer equating tragedy with storms. In other contexts we might be called upon to interpret why natural disasters come upon unsuspecting people. Paradox abounds in such discussions as illustrated in the following example. God-talk expressed in the context of the storms of life presents the caregiver with a myriad of possibilities to interpret.
