ABSTRACT
Celebrities are famous for being famous-for awhile. They shoot up out of nowhere, like a bright star crossing the heavens. Their brilliance can bewitch us, and we hope they are ours forever. They are not: like falling stars, they disappear as quickly as they appear. Then, alas, they are forgotten.
