ABSTRACT
The celebration of Queer Kinship love begins in much the same way as heterosexual love. An individual is offering her or his love to another, both with mutual power, dignity, and choice. The sands of relationship are shifting, and the power behind the shift is queer love. Therefore a change in the way we create relationship is mandated by the very nature of queer relationship, and it is affecting the world. Queer folk are changing the face of relationship in the United States merely by presenting other faces of relationship. Queer erosion of the elusive relationship ideal they propose is even affecting the very organizations seeking to eradicate queer love. Queer celebrations of love are changing the world. In addition to women retaining their birthnames and relationships assuming a less transactional tone, one of the more concrete ways we see the celebration of queer love changing the paradigms of human relationship is in corporate structures.
