ABSTRACT
A survey, was conducted in 1977 and 1978 by the Industrial Relations Unit at St Edmund Hall. Oxford, in con junction with Touche Ross & Co (UK), to analyse the attitudes of UK employees to employee reports In the absence of any major Australian research survey on this matter, an analysis of such attitudes may be helpful to those Australian companies currently producing employee reports, or contemplating doing so
