In the world of business, stories of poor leadership and the unfair treatment of
employees abound. Rarer are the tales of corporate leaders whose actions are
shaped fundamentally by their values and guiding principles. One such example

first free, black university) that is operated under the philosophy of ubuntu2 and runs from a building in Johannesburg donated by Investec. But such stories
remain in the minority.
