ABSTRACT
The Minnehaha and The Julia 2.5 Prior to the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982, the terms which the law implied into a towage contract were laid down by the courts. Those terms were given their most comprehensive and authoritative statement in two cases before the Privy Council in 1861.
