ABSTRACT

Systematic procedures are required to manage information about consumers effectively. 1, 2, 3 The tasks to be considered in this process begin with the clerical duties associated with coordination of patients to be surveyed and lead up to and include the manual or computerized preparation of data for evaluation. The evaluative system can be managed day-to-day at a clerical level to avoid excessive costs associated with frequent involvement by physicians, who would give up time seeing patients, or by executive administrative personnel.
