ABSTRACT
For many years past the Institute has directed its attention to the question of uniformity of municipal accounts, and much has been done to bring Authorities into line, The efforts of your Executive in conjunction with the Tramways Association in standardizing a form of Tramways Accounts, bring prominently to our notice the importance of something being done with regard to the Accounts of Local Authorities.
