J.C. Squire In ‘London Mercury'

J.C. Squire (1884-1958) was literary editor of the ‘New Statesman’ in 1913 and in 1919 founded the ‘London Mercury’ which he edited until 1934. He was a governor of the Old Vic from 1922 to 1926.
