Article 4. Relationship of the sponsor, the contractor and subcontractors

The Contractor shall, no later than <<insert number>> Days from its receipt of Notice to Proceed, send written notice to Sponsor identifying which of the <<insert name/ models of equipment>> from the Vendors identified on Exhibit 4.2 it has selected for use in the Facility.
