Article 7. Sponsor’s responsibilities and rights

The Contractor’s right to an Adjustment pursuant to this Article 7.2 shall be the Contractor’s sole and exclusive remedy and the Sponsor’s sole and exclusive liability for any failure by the Sponsor to perform any of its obligations under this
