ABSTRACT
Person, any Contractor Person or the Facility and whether or not any of the foregoing involves this Contract or any Contractor Person.
Except as expressly provided in this Article 21.1, [the Contractor] [no Consortium Member] [shall] [may not] assign any of its rights or obligations hereunder, directly or indirectly, whether by pledge, assignment, sale of assets or sale or merger (statutory or otherwise), without the prior written consent of the Sponsor. The subcontracting of portions of the Work in compliance with the requirements of this Contract shall not be deemed an assignment for purposes of the foregoing.
