F = [insert MW guarantee from Article 9.1], or, if the Contractor has made payment in full of all required Unit Buy Down Amounts for the Unit in question, the Unit Net Electrical Output of the relevant Unit which formed the basis for the Unit Buy Down Amount at << insert number >> MW;
FOHi = the number of hours during which the reduction or elimination of the relevant Unit’s electrical generating capacity is in effect during the particular Forced Outage;
APOH = AMH (APH ÷ 8760); AMH = the actual number of hours a Unit is out of service as the result of the annual
scheduled maintenance during the Availability Period but in no event greater than <<500>>;
APH = the number of hours in the Availability Period;
Ri =the generating capacity of the relevant Unit during the particular Forced Outage i; i = each period of Forced Outage affecting the relevant Unit during the Availability
Period; and n = total number of periods of Forced Outage affecting the relevant Unit during
the Availability Period {excluding the Period of any Forced Outage which is a result of the failure of the Sponsor or its operator to comply with the Availability Stipulations}.
