ABSTRACT
Reporting, with enclosures, that the island called David's, in the South Sea, has been found by the two ships of war acting under his instructions; reporting also the examination which has been made of the archipelago of Chiloe and its coastline, and stating that he was awaiting accounts of the most recent surveys executed in obedience to the Royal despatch cited.
