ABSTRACT

The authors have embraced the principles of value-based competitive analysis and defined a solid competitive model based on the thorough observation of the business dynamics and the creation of a differential value proposition. Along the way, they have always kept their customers at the very center of their strategy, developing a time-sustained process to be close to them and understand their insights. Besides, they have aligned their internal corporate resources around this winning strategy. They wrapped their products and services with an outstanding experience, or rather decided to create an undisputed cost-cutting operating model that can beat every competitor in the market battleground. Finally, they have developed an accurate methodology to help them track their progresses and fine tune their actions. Well, start over. Again and again, as many times as required, breaking people own conventional wisdom all over again. Successful competition is not a linear process, with a beginning and an end, but a permanently ongoing endeavor.
