ABSTRACT

Corrupt people are defensive and often resort to the media to defend themselves against allegations of malpractices. They are loud and emphatic in their defense and sometimes even arrogant and will challenge anybody to come forward with evidence. Those who are implicated in corruption when they are actually innocent choose to suffer in silence with the hope that God would be their savior. Probably they are at a loss for words on how to respond or they wonder why others cannot see their innocence. It is also possible that non-corrupt individuals are afraid of controversy and prefer to buy time and hope that the truth will somehow prevail. 1
