Kappler, p. 141 n.6. Dawson, p. 136 n.1, is undecided between the IIi and the Chu. We agree with Yule, Cathay2, 1, 288, that the Chu is referred to at this point: the upper reaches of the IIi must be among the 'streams' mentioned by Rubruck below, 6, among which he found Qayaligh.
