ABSTRACT

Georgians had made over 100 villages (casali'a) to the Latin church of Antioch, which had subsequendy passed them on to the patriarch of Jerusalem; they were currendy administered by an archdeacon &om the church of the Holy Sepulchre, though he was somewhat obstructed in his task by the Mongols.
