I am happy to write by the companys packquet going to Madrass and now about sailing that we arrived here from China 15th Instant, and the Cargo is sold, so that on the 26th. Captam Pavin is to settle with me-and as I understand, Admiral Rannier will be glad to give me bills on Government at an Early date for Cash, so that I am in hopes of being able to forward one sett by the ship Eliza to Bombay who sails about 27th. from whence they will come to you by the Earliest opportunity-I am sorry I am not enabled to send on a sett by this vessel-my accounts &c will be inclosed with the bills, and brought up to 19th Instant.
