ABSTRACT
Our focus here is online learning through the Internet or intranet. The term ‘e-learning’ is used for both online communication (for coaching, tutorials, discussions, dialogues, learning group meetings, and so on) and online access to learning materials (for this aspect see sections on Computer Based Training and Distance Learning and Packages, which includes CD-ROMs.)
