ABSTRACT
Essentially, a learning resource centre (LRC) is where an organization keeps those learning resources which are available for use by or loan to members of staff. The location in which such materials are kept varies between a broom closet with a lock on it to a well-appointed, spacious and welcoming facility with helpful staff on hand.
