ABSTRACT
Most organizations have a lot of meetings. Many of the decisions within the organization are made in those meetings or, at least, get ratified in them. Therefore, this is a context in which the organizational dynamics and politics play out. How you play the meeting, and how others play the meeting can provide a basis for learning.
