ABSTRACT
‘Buddying’ relationships are used in a number of organizations to provide peer support, most particularly when there are groups undergoing induction together. Rather than the more amorphous and general support of the group as a whole, buddying uses the pairing of two peers as a way to make the support more concrete and personal.
