The Infynite numbers of Cashiered Captaines & Soldyers, or pore artezan that would, & cannot worke, & of Idell vagrantes that maye & will not worke, whose Encrease threateneth the state, 2 ys affectionately bent to the plantation ofVirginia, in the which he hathe allredye taken greate paynes, 3 & meaneth to disburse soo1i. per annum for fyve yeares4 If the action prosper5 I he desyreth for hys better expedicion two Lynes from your Lordship in particular6 I or from the Lordes in generall I by vertue wherofhe maye cawle the vndertakers gentleman marchantes &c vnto him I & by ther advyse to sett downe the best manner of proiect, which beyng agreed vpon, shalbe spedely Retourned to your Lordshipps, 7 because the best Season for the Iorney approcheth; & after Receave such further dyrection as to your wysedomes maye
