ABSTRACT
Vancouver is a city that is constantly reinventing itself, always moving, never standing still: it seems as though the city is never complete. This chapter will focus on affordable housing and urban planning in Vancouver, particularly the city’s downtown peninsula that consists of several neighbourhoods with differing socio-economic demographics.
