ABSTRACT
SE without good management is like an orchestra without a conductor and all the musicians are playing to a different sheet of music. In most cases, the introduction of SE into a commercial organization will result in significant changes to the management operations of a company. This section provides some guidelines to make the process of introduction easier and also some of the basic features of SE management which are essential.
