It is always a problem to generalise and get a profile … I was trying to get an average statistic for victims: female, male, sexual exploitation, labour exploitation. If it is 50 per cent of the case load, is it good enough to say it is a profile? If it is 40 per cent and you fall into this average category, are you a typical victim? In that way, you need to be careful what you call a profile. People of various ages and backgrounds and education fall victims of trafficking.
