ABSTRACT

Today the world has become a global village with a remarkable and ever-increasing interface and interdependence between and among different nations. While India is one of the world's most populous countries and is developing as an economic and political power, the United States (US) today remains the most powerful and developed nation in the world. It expatriate employment of Indians at the highest levels, in management and entrepreneurship, has further augmented a certain degree of synthesis and synergy in professional management at a cross-cultural level. A simple research study was designed as a sequel to the study Rekindling Innate Divinity in Human Beings through the application of the Spandan Spectrum of Human Values 2011. The centre, called the Management Centre for Human Values (MCHV), stands as a tribute to an individual's dedication and determination resulting in, among others, a meaningful interface between management theory and practice emanating from Indian ethos.
