The purpose of this fi nal chapter is to distil, condense, to squeeze the content of previous chapters into a series of key steps which are acknowledged as logical, relevant, desirable and particularly actionable by operational leaders within the organisational context of day-to-day decision making. This is the acid test, for the direction, themes and propositions contained within this book.
