ABSTRACT
In Part III of this book, we discussed some simple ideas regarding how to improve your projects. In this part of the book we will learn how to set up project management processes which would lead to better decision-making in your organization or in your project team. In particular, we will focus on choice engineering: how to set up your environment so that it encourages people to make better choices. In this chapter, we will talk about one such choice engineering approach: adaptive management.
