ABSTRACT
The environment of a project is not an empty shell but consists of the organisation, people, and ways of working. A structure needs to be set up for people to fit in, for ways of working to be established, all aligned to the goals of the project. The purpose is to notice more, interpret better and, ultimately, contain risk and uncertainty more appropriately.
