ABSTRACT
The final chapter will discuss some of dangers that may arise from military neuroscience and neurowarfare and will propose some possible solutions. The dangers are extremely severe in the sense that the survival of humanity or at least the freedom of humanity is at stake. At the same time, the situation is not hopeless, as many risks can be mitigated. The advancement of neuroscience and related scientific areas will not only lead to advances in mind manipulation, but also in technologies that can protect individuals and society at large from nefarious interference with brain functions and the abusive moulding of their consciousness.
