ABSTRACT

This chapter provides a systematic analysis of data collected from an organization's individual employees. It proposes advanced model of innovation adoption (AMIA) is tested statistically using data from the questionnaire survey. The chapter analyzes the demographic data and explains descriptive statistics concerning a population or sample in the form of a frequency table. Descriptive data constitute important sources of information about employees' adoption of innovation in an organizational context. Demographic data collected from the questionnaire provide information on the personnel and organizational characteristics of the respondents. The chapter reports the respondents' level of using the Microsoft Outlook calendar application. It provides a cross-tabulation for level of usage measured by frequency, time spent, number of application used and the sophisticated element used by respondents' demographic characteristics such as gender, age, division, classification, employment status and qualification. Regression analysis was conducted for combined organizational, individual and social factors with attitude as a dependent variable and the result of the regression model.
