ABSTRACT

Your first decision will be to decide who your stakeholders are. Stakeholders will be anyone with a vested interest in what you are doing, ranging from people who are interested in the outcome to those who control your budget, or the public (if your team provides services and products to them). Stakeholders can include:

• Your team • Senior managers • Chief executive • Your peers • Managers in other departments • Directors • External agencies – they might not need to be at the event, but you might find it useful to let

them know that it is happening

• The public • Anyone who is impacted by the results.
