ABSTRACT

This chapter describes the cross-evaluation of the possible superiority of the developed leadership and organizational structures. It has to be kept in mind that the leadership and organizational structures proposed for the different Professional Cultures are directly related to the answers as to how things should be. In connection with a perceived high efficiency of the professional peer group this result can be interpreted as an indication of the superiority of the developed leadership and organizational structures. Following the usual line of argument, a low agreement between the situations as it is and as it should be points implicitly to a difference between the leadership and organization structures developed. Moreover, considering the, at most, neutrally perceived efficiency of the current Professional Culture, serious doubts surface as to the appropriateness of the leadership and organizational structures in use. The also-stated extremely high perceived efficiency indicates that the approach used to lead and organize this Professional Culture leads to highly satisfying results.
